Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Is COD available?
Yes! Cash on Delivery is available on selected orders across India. COD charges may apply depending on your location and order value.
How do I get 30% OFF?
Use code PREPAID30 at checkout when paying via UPI, Card, or any prepaid method. The discount is automatically applied on eligible orders.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placing. After that, the order may already be dispatched. Please contact us immediately at getveyro@gmail.com.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Total estimated time: 4–10 business days.
Do you ship across India?
Yes! We ship pan-India. Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also contact us with your order number for updates.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by an unboxing video (mandatory for damaged/wrong items).
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at getveyro@gmail.com. We will resolve it promptly.
